The Wal-Mart prepaid Visa debit card ~ This card can be picked up at any Wal-Mart store. The cost for one card is around $10. It allows you to place any amount of money in it; from 20 to 1,100 dollars. There is a $4.95 monthly fee to have the card that will be debited once a month from the funds that are on the card. There is also a $4.95 fee every time you add money to the card. A Wal-mart debit card will make things more convenient and the best thing about this card is there is no credit checks! Which means...no age limit! What if you are somewhere and you need cash fast? This card can also be used at ANY ATM. So, what are you waiting for? Now there is no excuse.
